Shanghai Civilized Park "Shanghai Civilized Park" is not the name of a specific park, but of an award granted to a number of parks in Shanghai, which always proudly display this sign at their entrance. Promotion of "civilized" behaviour was part of the campaigns during the run-up to the Expo 2010, held in Shanghai.
